D-1280X
environmental protection and energy-saving fuel modulator
of USA Omstar is produced by USA Omstar Company and sold in
China’s mainland by Shanghai Offshore Oil Company as the sole
distributor. The product is suitable for the boiler, vessel,
machinery, generator and petrol or diesel oil vehicle. Since
1987, it’s been used by the environmental protection organs
of American Government (ARB/EPA) and later used by the environmental
protection organs of Mexican Government and Costa Rican Government
in succession because its energy-saving and environmental
protection effects are obvious.
This
product passed the authentication of "Automobile Discharge
Inspection Laboratory of China Environmental Science Research
Institute". It fills up the gap in national authoritative
authentication of Chinese environmental protection and energy-saving
additive. The report of MSDS of U.S.A. verifies "synthetic
ester" is nonpoisonous, harmless to health, incombustible,
non-explosive, has no petroleum composition and is also applicable
to ethanol petrol. It has the highest value among current
similar domestic products and remarkable environmental protection

Operation
methods
The
addition proportion of the product is 1:1280, so only 0.78
liters should be added to each ton of heavy oil, petrol or
diesel oil to reach the anticipated result. When the oil is
put into the oil depot, you should just slowly pour and mix
it.
When you use
D-1280X product of USA Omstar, you should pay attention to
the following aspects:
I. Petrol vehicle and diesel vehicle
* Conditions
and service life of the vehicle;
* To make
a good record of original service data and operation conditions
of the vehicle;

your preparation of spare filter.
II. What should be paid attention to after the addition
When you first

Within
one week after you use it, you must carefully observe if the
filter has dirt discharged by the oil for mechanical equipment
and change the filter in time so as not to cause the filter
to be blocked. Because of the quality problem of domestic
fuel, the engine of the vehicle has accumulated carbon more
or less, so it should be paid attention to within one week
after you use it to avoid the blocking of the filter to cause
fire extinguishment. If you use it continuously, then you
don’t have to change it again.

I. On December 30, 2004, Automobile Discharge Inspection
Laboratory of China Environmental Science Research Institute
issued an authentication certificate numbered as HKYCP2004-11.
II. In November 2004, California Environmental Protection Administration
of USA issued an authentication certificate (validity term of
15 years), visit www.arb.ca.gov
for details.
III. In February 2002, Costa Rica Government of Central America
carried out the testing of steam boiler, and issued relevant
authentication certificate.
IV. On January 31, 2000, U.S. Marine Corps and U.S.A. Marine
and Army Bases carried out the testing and issued relevant authentication
certificate.
V. In November 1999, PEMEX, the third largest oil company in
the world carried out the testing and issued relevant authentication
certificate.
VI. In 1999, Betamotors, a top Italian motorcycle manufacturer
carried out the testing and issued relevant authentication certificate.
VII. On 27 September, 1999, California Government of U.S.A.
carried out the testing about the engine of the motorcycle.and
issued relevant authentication certificate.
VIII. On November 23, 1999, Mexican Car Research Association
/ PEMEX carried out the testing and issued relevant authentication

IX. On December 1, 1994, South Sea Air Force Managing Area of
USA signed the EPA authentication certificate.
X. On March 31, 1991, Environmental Protection Administration
of U.S.A., approved and issued manufacturer's production license
(EPA 3520-13).
XI. On May 1, 1990, it’s awarded U.S.A. patent (Patent No. 4920691).
XII. On July 25, 1990, California Environmental Engineering
Bureau of USA and Los Angeles Port Government carried out the
testing about the engine of the motorcycle.and issued relevant
authentication certificate
XIII. On October 9, 1990, California Environmental Engineering
Company tested the fuel economy and issued relevant authentication
certificate.
XIV. On October 10, 1990, Hudson General Aviation Bureau of
USA (HGA) carried out the testing and issued relevant authentication
certificate.
XV. California law of U.S.A. stipulated the standards for the
testing method of SNAP - IDLE (Omstar).
XVI. Ford Motor Company conducted the testing of EPA (HFETCVS)
and issued relevant authentication certificate.
XVII. On March 21, 1998, Costa Rican Government of Central America
conducted the testing and research of air pollution and energy-saving
and issued relevant authentication certificate. Serial number:
980135
XVIII. American Petroleum Society issued an authentication certificate
in May of 1997.
XIX. On November 31, 1997, Public Transportation Department
of Costa Rica carried out the testing and issued relevant authentication
certificate. The serial number of the license issued by Public
Product and Communication Department is: 980135 and the license
under such serial number permits use of our relevant products
(D - 1280X) in all vehicles of the Republic of Costa Rica.
XX. In August 1992, Los Angeles Airport of U.S.A. carried out
the testing and issued relevant authentication certificate.
XXI. On March 21, 1988, Environmental Protection Association
of U.S.A. carried out the testing and issued relevant authentication
certificate, and gave the authorized approval of awarding APL
" Los Angeles City Air Cleanness Award "
XXII. International Automobile Testing Laboratory of U.S.A.(IATL)
issued relevant authentication certificate and the serial number
of the certificate in New Jersey State is 7. 27 B-44.
XXIII. On September23, 1988, Hudson General Aviation Bureau
of USA (HGA) issued relevant authentication certificate. The
letter sent by them said: "the general manager of our company
confirms D-1280X will be used in all U.S.A. and Canada airports,
including John-Kennedy International airport, after the trial
use of it. "
XXIV. Southwest Research Institute of USA carried out the testing
and issued relevant authentication certificate. (petrol, diesel
oil and locomotive engine). (Assessment number: RP- 503; Project
number: 05-6691)
XXV. In 1987, members of California Air Resources Committee
of U.S.A. carried out the testing and issued relevant authentication
certificate.
XXVI. South Sea Air Quality Administration of USA and California
Energy Administration issued the EPA authentication certificate
